O’Neills Kitchen Supplies Ltd Terms

1. All prices are subject to V.A.T.

2. Payment – all accounts to be paid Nett Monthly.

(a) Accounts should be paid by the last day of the Month following date of invoice. An account not cleared within three days of the due date, will be stopped.

(b) Incorrect invoices etc., must be notified to O’Neills Kitchen Supplies Ltd in writing, stating date, invoice number, amount and value in dispute.

(c) O’Neills Kitchen Supplies Ltd accept payment by Mastercard, Visa or Switch, we reserve the right to charge a service charge.

Note - we charge 1.6 % for payments with Visa and Mastercard business debit cards.

3. Prices charged will be those ruling on date of dispatch. All prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Subject to the Company’s agreement, only products supplied within 28 days may be returned, but please note that a re-stocking charge of 20% (minimum £20 per item) will be applied. All goods returned must be in perfect re-saleable condition and in the original packaging, or a credit note will not be issued. Goods cannot be returned without an uplift note issued by O’Neills Kitchen Supplies Ltd. We reserve the right to return, to the customer, any product which is not as described at the time of request for uplift. Returns will not be accepted for special orders or non-stock items.

5. Damages and shortages must be notified within three days of delivery, in writing. The Invoice/Delivery Note number and date of delivery must be indicated in the correspondence.
6. Goods must be inspected at the time of delivery, Delivery Notes signed un-checked are unacceptable.
7. Faulty/Damaged goods must be returned before a Credit Note is issued. Goods installed or machined in any way confirms your acceptance of their quality and standard. We are subsequently unable to accept return of these items under any circumstances. Items returned must be in the original packaging and must not have been installed or used.
8. Title for any goods supplied by O’Neills Kitchen Supplies Ltd will pass to the buyer, only when the seller has received full payment and all cheques are cleared.
9. Minimum order value on any invoice (£50.00 ex vat).
10. Carriage paid on all orders £150.00 + V.A.T. (Mainland) via our normal delivery methods. Deliveries will be made during normal working hours. Home deliveries will be charged at £35.00 + VAT
11. Drivers will require help for large or heavy deliveries.
12. Should a delivery fail for any reason outside of our control (i.e. no one available at the address) the re-delivery will be subject to a delivery charge of £25.
13. O’Neills Kitchen Supplies Ltd cannot be held responsible for any labour charges etc, incurred due to damaged/faulty goods, shortages or delays with deliveries.
14. All information was correct when going to press, however O’Neills Kitchen Supplies Ltd, reserve the right to make changes to models and prices without prior notice.
